Rising above fear level

The whole secret of existence is to have no fear - Buddha
Yet, the program that runs in us on a daily basis is fear. Fear to love, fear to dare, fear to try, fear to change, fear to listen and follow our inner voice, fear to be true, fear to break free, fear, fear, fear... which means nothing less but a state of perpetual paralysis, limitation and a vicious circle run by the grand, master fear.
But fear is safe. Fear is safe and predictable. It tells us always the same story that we buy, which is basically the story of  DON'Ts. Don't do it because... and a million reasons gush in order to NOT. So fear is safe, we know what happens when we chose it, we know we'll be safe, we are on shore, safe.
But what if I change my dialogue with fear,  and I give fear all credits for keeping me safe and talking me into the don'ts? I become friends with it because we know each other since forever, and I ask fear, what if we give this or that idea a little try? We know how it goes if we are not going to do it, but what if we give it a try, just as a test, just to see what is like doing it, then what?
This intimate dialogue with fear goes on for a while and we both, after some time realize that it actually feels good to have this new relationship together. A small window opens up right there, that invites us of the small opportunity to do. One Step!
Everything you want is on the other side of FEAR - Jack Canfield
And so it begins... It's the only way life is worth living. Stick your head above fear level, breath, take a first dive, then a second one, and keep writing your story. The smallest first step is the giant leap to a whole new initiation.
